Yes. All data is stored in Canada (AWS ca-central-1, Montreal) and never leaves Canadian jurisdiction. Data is never used to train AI models. All sub-processors (Anthropic, OpenAI, Voyage AI) operate under strict data processing agreements prohibiting training use. PIPEDA-compliant.

On first login, every user sees an AI Consent Gate disclosing the AI tools used, Canadian data residency, encryption standards, and their obligation under LSO Rule 3.3 to disclose cloud AI use to clients as appropriate. The consent is timestamped and stored.
